About Us
Hand2Hands is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, established in 2021 by Ryann K Holden with a deep-rooted passion for helping those in need. Inspired by her father's service as a preacher cum philanthropist and her childhood experiences in aiding the less fortunate through her father’s ministry, Ryann set out to make a difference in the lives of the people in need in Los Angeles and beyond. Starting with a heartfelt Instagram post, Hand2Hands quickly gained traction, rallying friends and acquaintances to donate used blankets. In the first year alone, the organization collected over 50 blankets and provided warmth and comfort to more than 60 people. Encouraged by this success, Hand2Hands expanded its efforts the following year, reaching over 75 people with blankets, essential items, and nourishing meals.
Continuing with the same spirit, we believe that homelessness is not just a social issue, but a profoundly human one. We are guided by a philosophy rooted in compassion, recognizing the inherent worth and dignity of every individual we serve. At our non-profit organization, we go all out to create an environment where empathy, respect, and understanding flourish, empowering our people to reclaim their lives and move toward sustainable independence.
